- Vasomotor symptoms needing a medical review before hormone therapy
- Women who cannot use systemic hormones and need non-hormonal options
- Midlife weight gain with metabolic risk
- Osteopenia or osteoporosis management
- Recurrent UTIs or genitourinary syndrome of menopause
- Post-cancer survivors with menopausal symptoms, in coordination with oncology
